Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years: 4 night minimum.

6/1-8/31: 300/night
9/1-12/31 275/night for 2 people. 300/night 3-8 people

Cleaning Fee: $175. Security Deposit: $350 (refundable). 7% Room Tax.
