October 1st - April 30th: $275/night 2 night minimum.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Spring Break: $300/night - 4 night minimum
MLK, Presidents weekend, $300/night - 3 night minimum.
Cleaning Fee: $175. Security Deposit: $350 (refundable). 7% Room Tax.
